A Moment Changes Everything

the art of being you.

I believe that life is more like an art than a science . This implies that there isn't one universal blueprint for a 'good' life—no single path to a successful career, a loving relationship, or a peaceful mind. Just like creating art, building a beautiful life is inherently challenging. At the same time, some of the most beautiful art is forged in suffering and chaos.

What to Expect
My goal is to help you expand your perspective. Together, we will work to build your self-awareness of the feelings, motivations, and patterns that shape or misshape your life. We will clarify your core values and use them as a compass to construct a more intentional way of living.

My Approach
It takes a lot of courage to come to therapy! I strive to create a warm, empathetic space while using gentle, honest words to encourage growth and self-reflection. I don't see myself as an expert with all the answers. Rather, I am a fellow traveler on life's path. I collaborate best with clients ready to engage in value-oriented work, question the status quo, and honestly assess their freedoms and limitations. My approach is grounded in Existential Therapy and integrates practical tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

spirituality & meaning-making coaching

I coach people through a wide range of personal and professional challenges. Whether you're looking to build better habits, get clear on your values, improve relationships, or navigate a complex situation, I'm here to help.

My specialty is working with clients on religious or spirituality-related concerns. Spiritual development and change are a natural part of growth. I've found that personal growth is often catalyzed by 'belief ruptures'—those moments that challenge what we've been taught. We can tackle the tough stuff: healing from spiritual abuse or trauma, navigate the deconstruction process, or clarify your burgeoning religious and spiritual beliefs.

My formal studies, including a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a Doctor of Ministry (DMin), provide a deep framework for guiding others through these complex spiritual and personal transformations.
The most common form of despair is not being who you are."
